Have you found your first-day-of-school clothes, first-day decorations, and first-day-of-school books? Preparing for the first day of school can be fraught with emotional highs and lows for the parent and the child. Reading about it together can be one tool to start those much-needed conversations for your child. When kids know what to expect it can also help to settle any nerves.
