“Plic Ploc Pluc “Oho! What is this?”
The leaking sink gave Lenny another idea.
“It’s not a symphony, but it feels like music!”

There is something special about a book that can get kids to pause, be still, be quiet, and listen. Listen to your surroundings. What do you hear? Could it be music? That’s exactly what this book does. Our hero, Lenny, listens to his surroundings and writes music from its inspiration.

We like listening to classical music around here too! After reading this book we could turn on some music and ask the kids what do you hear? Does that flute sound like a little bird?

I encourage you to take your books one step further when you read them! Turn them into an art project, talk about the moral lesson, make your own music, GET INSPIRED! I not only love to read all kinds of books, but I also love to live them out as well!
